Tiba Tip: Quick and Easy DIY Facials!

Working a 9-5 or having one of those manic 100mph lifestyles doesn't make it easy to create 'me time' does it?
Missing out on pamper days and spa time?
Well here are a few quick tips on how to relax and treat your skin with DIY Facials!

1. Quick, easy and fun face masks from Boots - Montagne Jeunesse, £1 per packet!
These are so easy to apply (with your fingertips)!
cleanse your face with warm water, apply evenly on your face and neck (avoid eyes and   mouth area), leave on for 10 - 15mins (take a little nap!) and then wash off and pat dry with a towel!
Pores will be opened allowing impurities and dirt to be drawn out leaving skin deeply cleansed, you will have a fresh, glowing face, ready to take out the day!

2. Face steam + Honey Mask Facial!
Steaming the face is the best way to thoroughly deep clean your pores, to get rid of pimples, blackheads and whiteheads. Steaming your face is very important to loosen trapped dirt that may be under your skin.
Wash away any make up or moisturisers, steam your face for 10-15 mins using a face sauna.
Apply raw honey to your face (again with your fingertips) and leave for 15mins.
Honey may be the perfect skin care product, as it kills germs and reduces swelling and inflammation. A honey face mask will gently clean your skin, while keeping it healthy, supple and beautiful.

she is so pretty anyway and i do not want to spoil how she looks but she loves my makeup and has called me back!
The shoes are soooo delicious...just what i want with wide footing as an option and comfy insoles.

This shoot is for a big feature in a magazine cannot wait!

alka yagnik concert.

I went to the alka yagnik concert, she has the most amazing voice. I was supposed to do her makeup earlier in the day but she wasnt feeling very well.
At the concert she spoke to me and parted some knowledge.
her singing and voice brought back so many memories from baazigar, kuch kuch hota hain, saajan etc...
she dedicated a song to me from saajan-perfect!
I have to say she looked great too, with a perfect asian clothing from royal blue to a baby pink.

chilled out bride

For a change i was met with a really easy going chilled out bride!
she bought her jewellery on the day of the walimah and booked me 2 days beforehand!
I created the exact look she wanted and she was so happy!

High updo with a head piece with long straight hair coming down to the sides.

very different and very fun!

Sunday 28 August 2011

Im in oman now been here for a few days.
Style is a key focal point. The women here have time or make time to take care of themselves.
We just went to an omani house. Beautiful smells and ornaments everywhere.
The ladies all look elegant and have glowy skin with quite white foundation.
I had sips of qahwa(coffee) and arabic chai(tea)..
They paid alot for their childrens henna but the outcome was not great!
Hence i was called in to rescue the situation!
I will be applying henna here in oman for the next 3 days in preparation of the islamic festival-eid!

Pictures coming soon!
